Today I'm going to share with you some ways that I keep items in my bathroom organized. Last week, I shared with you my closet makeover and gave you a preview of how I store my towels and sheets. The funny thing about my bathroom is that my walk-in closet is actually located in the bathroom so it doubles as clothes storage and bath storage.
The metal white shelves are actually an old shoe rack. I use the first shelf to hold towels while the second shelf has washcloths and hand towels. The third shelf has a polka dot basket that holds extra toiletries like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. There is also a small bag that holds extra eyeshadow and other makeup that I don't wear everyday. I use the bottom shelf to hold sheets for my bed.
I have previously shared the next two projects that are also ways I organize my bathroom. One is using my IKEA Raskog cart. I love this cart! You can use it in so many ways and in many different rooms. I added a tray to the top of the cart which I use to hold my contacts, glasses, contact solution, perfume, and lotion. Go here to see how I added the chevron paper to the tray. Next to the tray, I have my hairdryer. The rest of the cart holds my nail kit and nail polish as well as additional toiletries such as extra toilet paper, etc.
I love milk glass and enjoy using it in many different ways. I use this milk glass vase that I got for a dime at a yard sale to hold my makeup brushes. Not only is it cute but it keeps my brushes out and easy to access.
Lora will back later this week to share some ways that she organizes her bathroom. What items do you use to keep your bathroom organized? Share in the comments below!
